Charged extra fees
We love precision and clarity and it is for this reason that, unlike others, we now highlight the small additional costs.
All services are included, but some costs are excluded from the final price and charged separately.
In any case you can request detailed information on these fees based on the length of stay.
The only expenses excluded from the final price are:
- Share of 30-40 € for electricity.
- Final cleaning fee 120 €.
- In winter, heating fee 10 € per day.
It is kindly requested, if possible, to help by separating garbages for recycling.
